Kodesk is an HR management platform that gives companies a single dashboard to run time tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and staff scheduling, backed by fine-grained role-based access control.

Highlights

• A branded dark-themed login screen with company-specific portals ("Company Default by kodesk"), supporting email/password and Google sign-in.
• A home dashboard summarizing today's employee availability, on-leave counts, pending leave approvals, and pending reimbursements, alongside a trend chart and quick-glance team leave/reimbursement feeds.

• A Leave Management view with pending, upcoming, and history tabs, filterable by employee, time, type, and project, paired with a calendar showing daily availability by branch.

• A Reimbursement tracker listing in-progress claims by category (delivery, accommodation, equipment, healthcare) with amounts and approval status.

• A Scheduler for building and publishing weekly shifts per employee, with shift details, break info, and unavailable-day blocking.

• Admin Settings for managing employees (PTO/sick leave balances, edit/delete) and roles, with a permissions matrix controlling access to reimbursement, time tracker, leave, and scheduler features per role.
