Prudential

A policy servicing platform for Prudential Indonesia, giving back-office teams one place to handle every customer request that comes in against a life insurance policy.

Prudential

PRUHub is the internal platform PT. Prudential Indonesia's policy servicing teams use to handle customer requests against life insurance policies. When a customer asks to switch funds, withdraw money, surrender a policy, or make a claim involving an underage beneficiary, that request lands in PRUHub — and everything that happens next, from first review to final payment, happens here.

Welcome to PRUHub

One place for the whole request

Before a request can be approved, someone has to look at the policy, check who the customer is, read the paperwork, and make a call. PRUHub puts all of that in one flow.

A case arrives in a shared workbasket — the team's queue of open requests. An officer picks one up and gets the full picture on a single case sheet: the policy and its funds, the people attached to it, the history of everything that's happened to the case so far, and the supporting documents. From there they record their decision, and the case moves on to payment.

  • Workbasket — the shared queue, filterable and sortable, where open cases wait to be picked up
  • Case sheet — policy details, customer details, fund holdings, and the people attached to the policy
  • Documents and evidence — supporting paperwork attached to the case and reviewed in place
  • Case history and tracking — a running record of who did what, and where a case sits right now
  • Decision and payout — the approval step, and the payment that follows it
  • Task management — assigning cases across the team so nothing sits unclaimed

Two departments, one platform

The platform serves two servicing teams, each with its own queue and workflow:

Minor servicing handles cases involving beneficiaries who are still underage — extra checks, extra evidence, and a separate approval path.

Payment out handles the money going the other way: fund withdrawals and policy surrenders, for individual and corporate policyholders alike, across both conventional and Sharia products.

Made for how the teams actually work

Officers move between a desk and a phone, so every screen was built to work on both — the same case sheet reflows from a full desktop layout to a mobile one without losing anything. The interface runs in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and access is scoped by role — a team member sees the cases and the actions that belong to their job, and nothing else.

Built on Vision UI

PRUHub was delivered on Vision UI, an in-house framework that builds an app from configuration files rather than hand-written screens. It meant the whole platform — more than 150 screens across the two departments — could be assembled and changed quickly, and that the web and mobile versions stayed in step with each other by design rather than by effort.
